Please complete this survey ONLY if you are interested in having your child/children attend School Age Childcare at Mabel-Canton this 23-24 school year.
Pricing Information:
$20 non-refundable registration fee per student
Daily rate: $3.00/hour for 1st child, $2.75/hour for each additional child
Complete School Age Childcare Handbook can be found on our school website
Survey Deadline: August 14th, 2023.
Notification on whether the program will run or not will be made during the week of August 21st.
Please have a "plan B" in the event we do not have enough numbers to run the program.
