Welcome to the 2016-2017 School Year!

Hello!

My name is Mrs. Wilder, and I am very excited and proud to be an English teacher here at Mabel-Canton!

This year, I will once again be teaching English 7, English 8, and Composition. I will also be teaching sixth grade English. In addition to these courses, I am very excited and privileged to be team-teaching Reading 7/8 again with Mrs. Schutte. She is an excellent resource as well as instructor, and I always look forward this opportunity.

Each and every one of these courses are designed to push you to go beyond what you already know, and I am thrilled to instruct you and help you along the way.

If you ever have any questions, I welcome and appreciate them during class. However, if you have questions that arise outside of class, I am able to meet with students before and after school. Typically, I will be available before school around 7:30 a.m. and after school until at least 3:45 p.m.

Please read the following notes. They will be very helpful for receiving information throughout the school year about lesson plans and assignments, as well as accessing textbooks online rather than taking them home.

A NOTE FOR EACH OF MY CLASSES:

To access this year's lesson plans, assignments, and documents used in class, please check my planbook website instead of JMC. Below are the links for each class.
