Should my child go to school?
 
Keep your child home if they are experiencing any of the following: 

Fever- 100 degrees Fahrenheit or higher
Vomiting
Diarrhea
Eyes- infections with redness and discharge present
Sore throat
Skin- new rash with unknown origin 

Children may return to school when:
- They are free of symptoms for 24 hours
- Temperature remains normal for 24 hours (without use of fever reducing medications)
- On an antibiotic for 24 hours
- Advised by a physician to do so

Symptoms consistent with COVID-19 include:

More Common Symptoms:
Fever (100.4 or higher)
New onset and/or worsening cough
Difficulty breathing
New loss of smell or taste

Less Common Symptoms:
Sore throat
Nausea/ Vomiting/ Diarrhea
Chills
Muscle pain
Excessive fatigue
New onset of severe headache
New onset of nasal congestion or runny nose
