Welcome Ben Mohs to Mabel-Canton School!

Introducing: Social Worker Ben Mohs


My name is Ben Mohs.  I have been working with children and families in the school setting for 10 years.  I come to Mabel-Canton from the Plainview-Elgin-Millville School District where I worked as the Elementary School Social Worker for 8 years.  My family chose to move this past November to the Rushford area to be closer to family.  I am excited to join the Mabel-Canton staff and begin getting to know the students here at Mabel-Canton.  During my free time, I enjoy spending time with my wife and 5 year old son Eli and our extended family  I also enjoy fishing, hunting and sports.  As the School Social Worker at Mabel-Canton, I will have the opportunity to work with students 1:1  and in small groups to improve a wide variety of skills.  I will be teaching social skills lessons in classrooms and helping staff and students any way I can.
